1. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

No, all sales are final. Please review your order and size charts carefully before checking out. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Will I have to pay customs or duty fees?

Possibly. Any customs, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country - we don’t control them, and they aren’t included at checkout.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed. Email us ASAP after placing your order, and we’ll try to help if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

4. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or email us directly.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and Shop Pay. We also offer Afterpay, for an instalment payment plan alternative. All payments are processed securely.

We ship worldwide from Canada. All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Shipping times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

We offer free shipping worldwide for orders over 250$.

  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days
